1. What is your RETURN POLICY?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unworn item within 14 days days of receipt and we will provide you with a full refund (less original shipping costs). Merchandise must be returned in saleable condition with tags attached.
All items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. What is the EXCHANGE POLICY?
At this time does not process direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please adhere to our standard return guidelines and then kindly place an order for your preferred product.
3. How do I return an item?
Returns must be shipped back with a Merchandise Return Authorization and original invoice. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Merchandise Return Authorization. Please be sure to include your order number in the subject title.
We recommend using a traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the return merchandise. We are not responsible for return packages lost en route.
4. What are your SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer COMPLIMENTARY ground shipping within the contiguous United States. If you're just too excited for your new merchandise to wait for ground service delivery, expedited shipping is also available. USPS carrier rates are calculated at time of checkout.
For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands USPS carrier rates are calculated at time of checkout.
All merchandise ships from New York.
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping and processing on ground orders.
Expedited orders received before 12 PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day.
Upon completion of order processing, the shipping information including tracking will be sent to you via email.
Please keep in mind that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
